Working Experiences:
Mr. Sutrisno Iwantono is involved in the drafting process for the Law No. 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. He holds several essential positions in governmental related to business competition including Chairman and commissionair of Commission for Supervision of Business Competition – KPPU (2000 – 2005), Deputy Minister and Director General on the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small Business Development (2002 – 2005), and Member of House of Representatives (1999). He has very long experience on business competition issues, and since 2005 as an antitrust consultant.
Before he joined with KPPU, he involved in several international trainings on Business Competition including that held by Bundes Kartelamt (Germany), Japan Trade Commission (Japan), and Federal Trade Commission (US). Currently he handles many cases of business competition, as leading business competition expert in Indonesia.
Wulandari Risnamanitis Dewi S.H., LL.M.,

Wulan is graduated from the Faculty of Law, Pelita Harapan University. She obtained an LLM in Commercial Law from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia in 2009. She had worked in a prominent law firm in Jakarta and was an in-house counsel for automotive company for more than five years. Her expertise includes competition law, corporate actions (IPO, Rights Issue), merger and acquisition, restructuring, corporate loans, drafting and reviewing agreements, maintaining company permits and compliance according to company law, capital market regulations and foreign investment regulations. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), which allows her to appear before all courts of law within Indonesian territory.

Lintang D. Trisnaputri S.Sn.,

Lintang previously had been attached to creative, design, and multimedia industry as she was graduated from Trisakti University majoring in Visual Communication Design in 2004 and obtained her Master Degree from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, majoring in Multimedia Design in 2009. She had worked for several fields of companies since 2002. Among the companies are, IDE (Institute of Developing Enterpreunership) in 2002, Indomarco Prismatama in 2004, ACIF (Advocacy Center for Indonesian Farmers) in 2005, and Kabel Vision for 4 years since 2006 before she started PT Only One as her own business in 2010. She has wide range of scope of work as she has expertise not only in multimedia and design, but also in communication and marketing.

Arif Kurniawan S.E.,

Arif completed Bachelor of Economy in Faculty of Economic from University 17 August 1945.
He experienced economist with a demonstrated history of working as an independent consultant across a range of industries. Skilled in a range of economic issues such as community development program, micro finance, monitoring and evaluation, technical assistant, research and training. He also involved in several KPPU cases.

Dela is graduated from Faculty of Law, Business of Law in Pelita Harapan University. She attended various economic and law course in competition law and has been involved in several KPPU cases. Her experienced in business consultant including hotel, event, marketing, online marketing, organize trainings and seminars.
