Education:

  • Political Economic – Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology, Okayama University, Japan (Ph.D, 1991)

Working Experiences:

Mr. Sutrisno Iwantono is involved in the drafting process for the Law No. 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. He holds several essential positions in governmental related to business competition including Chairman and commissionair of Commission for Supervision of Business Competition – KPPU (2000 – 2005), Deputy Minister and Director General on the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small Business Development (2002 – 2005), and Member of House of Representatives (1999). He has very long experience on business competition issues, and since 2005 as an antitrust consultant.

Before he joined with KPPU, he involved in several international trainings on Business Competition including that held by Bundes Kartelamt (Germany), Japan Trade Commission (Japan), and Federal Trade Commission (US). Currently he handles many cases of business competition, as leading business competition expert in Indonesia.

Wulandari Risnamanitis Dewi S.H., LL.M.,

Founder

Wulan is graduated from the Faculty of Law, Pelita Harapan University. She obtained an LLM in Commercial Law from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia in 2009. She had worked in a prominent law firm in Jakarta and was an in-house counsel for automotive company for more than five years. Her expertise includes competition law, corporate actions (IPO, Rights Issue), merger and acquisition, restructuring, corporate loans, drafting and reviewing agreements, maintaining company permits and compliance according to company law, capital market regulations and foreign investment regulations. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), which allows her to appear before all courts of law within Indonesian territory.

Satria Mujadid S.H., LL.M.,

Senior Associate

Satria is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University (SH, 2006) and Monash University, Melbourne (LLM, 2009).

Prior joining Iwant Co in 2019, he worked in several prominent law-firms in Jakarta and served many clients from vary industries (e.g manufacture, pharmaceutical, FMCG, cement, poultry, etc) with expertise in the area of business competition. He also managed himself as professional in-house counsel, and already gained extensive experiences in contract drafting/reviewing, litigation, land acquisition, license & permits, legal audit, M&A, EPC, debt restructuring, and mining and energy in specific.

Satria is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), which allows him to appear before all courts of law within Indonesian territory.

Lintang D. Trisnaputri S.Sn.,

Senior Associate

Lintang previously had been attached to creative, design, and multimedia industry as she was graduated from Trisakti University majoring in Visual Communication Design in 2004 and obtained her Master Degree from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, majoring in Multimedia Design in 2009. She had worked for several fields of companies since 2002. Among the companies are, IDE (Institute of Developing Enterpreunership) in 2002, Indomarco Prismatama in 2004, ACIF (Advocacy Center for Indonesian Farmers) in 2005, and Kabel Vision for 4 years since 2006 before she started PT Only One as her own business in 2010. She has wide range of scope of work as she has expertise not only in multimedia and design, but also in communication and marketing.

Arif Kurniawan S.E.,

Senior Associate

Arif completed Bachelor of Economy in Faculty of Economic from University 17 August 1945.

He experienced economist with a demonstrated history of working as an independent consultant across a range of industries. Skilled in a range of economic issues such as community development program, micro finance, monitoring and evaluation, technical assistant, research and training. He also involved in several KPPU cases.

Dela Ersna Shurianingtyas S.H.,

Senior Associate

Dela is graduated from Faculty of Law, Business of Law in Pelita Harapan University. She attended various economic and law course in competition law and has been involved in several KPPU cases. Her experienced in business consultant including hotel, event, marketing, online marketing, organize trainings and seminars.

Crisnina Handayani, S.E

 

Nina is graduated from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) majoring Economics Development, Faculty of Economics and Management. She has worked in the fields of investment in capital market and money market, also developed in fiscal and monetary fields. She involved in a range of technical assistant and economic research such as industry, trade, finance, and public.

Yanda Meidiena Hanif, S.H

 

Yanda is graduated from the Faculty of  Law, Sebelas Maret University, minoring in International Law and submerging in the field of Commercial Law.

She experienced  in the field of criminal acts specifically handling corruption which plays a role in analyzing the case and provided legal assistance for economic calculations, foreign loans, foreign exchange rates, as well as the settlement and bureaucratic process of Mutual Legal Assistance between countries, especially Indonesia and Singapore which the proceeds of corruption were taken away and invested under Singapore’s strict foreign direct investment policy.

She also collaborated in an international symposium to solve the problem of instability of the government in facing economic, legal gaps in the developing country, conducted a Forum Group Discussion activity, present the world viewpoint and the role of the United Kingdom and the European Union in the International Humanitarian Law context. She versed and skilled to develop program and concepts about leadership, law, and entrepreneurship in her community. Arranged the concept and the idea, then directly involved in collaborating on committees with the theme of social and humanity, assisted various chairmen of delegations in conferences, workshops and seminars. She has currently developed and analyzed international journal publications, especially on legal research, such as dumping and anti-dumping practices, private and foreign investment, foreign exchange rates and the Mutual Legal Assistance draft.
